SYLT MARKETING GMBH

Sylt Marketing GmbH (SMG) is the central service provider for all aspects of tourism on Sylt. We are passionately involved in the development of new ideas. Our purpose is a comprehensive and targeted marketing to promote the island of Sylt.

Our work includes:

• national and international marketing in order to acquire new visitors
• co-operations e.g. with service providers in the tourism industry, carriers, transportation companies and marketing organisations in tourism
• sales policy through all media channels
• communication policy including advertising and public relations

Shareholders of the Sylt Marketing GmbH are the municipalities of the island of Sylt and their tourist organisations respectively, as well as private companies. The Supervisory Board of SMG consists of five members.
Furthermore, the SMG represents the interests of the island of Sylt in regional and national tourism organisations.
